How the program works: By maintaining your hygiene recall appointments every 3-6 months (as prescribed by Dr. Couch), you will be given Zoom touch up whitening syringes for life from Kingston Dental after completing each cleaning appointment. This program does have some rules and regulations. Please contact our practice to learn more.

How to join the program: Give us a call or let us know at your next appointment that you’d like to join our patient loyalty program.*

*In order to take part in the Whiter. Brighter. You. for life patient loyalty program you will first need to consult with Dr. Couch to see if you qualify as a whitening candidate. Once you have been approved, you will purchase custom made whitening trays for at home use. You will also be responsible for keeping your hygiene cleanings periodically as prescribed by Dr. Couch.
